2. Description of Service

PostFlow is an AI-powered tool that helps users generate content for Twitter/X. The service is provided as a Chrome browser extension with optional premium features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use PostFlow

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PostFlow to:

  • Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
  • Create misleading or deceptive content
  • Violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property
  • Produce illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
  • Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using PostFlow. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating outputs. We do not claim ownership of generated content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by PostFlow is created by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before posting. PostFlow is not liable for any consequences of content you post.

7. Free Tier and Premium Subscription

  • Free Tier: Limited to 3 post generations
  • Pro Plan: $29/month for unlimited generations
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that prevent service usage.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PostFlow may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

PostFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
